Tom Patton is the Primary Sponsor of House Bill 655. If passed, the bill would authorize a property tax freeze for certain owner-occupied homes under the following conditions:
– Owner is covered on Medicare
– Owner is covered on Medicaid
– Owner is covered on Disability
– Owner has a spouse that is deceased
– Owner is retired
