Patton Introduces House Bill 416

Representative Tom Patton recently introduced House Bill 416 that would ensure:

40% of the money that is paid for speed camera tickets leaves the United States of America
5,000 tax on every speed camera in Ohio per month
$100,00 licensing fee
Cuts 8% out of the aforementioned 40% for PTSD training for first responders.
